Paulo is a key member of the firm’s investment and performance transformation teams.

He is a former consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he worked for 10 years across three different offices: São Paulo, New York, and Miami. While at McKinsey, Paulo was a member of the Corporate Finance and Strategy and Industrials practices.

Prior to McKinsey, Paulo worked for large financial institutions and a turnaround-focused consulting firm in Brazil.

Paulo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
