Ravi has over 25 years of global HR experience in the semiconductor and technology industries. He began his career at STMicroelectronics and later took on HR leadership roles at Atmel, Lumileds, and Smart Global Holdings in California.

Ravi is an accomplished HR leader with a strong track record of developing and implementing global people initiatives in multicultural environments, aligned with business priorities across high-tech and manufacturing sectors. He specializes in leading initiatives related to culture, compensation and rewards, employee engagement, performance, talent management, and focused HR strategies within dynamic and complex organizations.

Ravi holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. He is married and a proud father of two children.
