EVP, Sales and Marketing

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President of Sales to lead all Sales and Marketing related activities for Ayna. You will be responsible for the overall sales performance for Ayna.

What will you do?

You will hustle. We are a new and entrepreneurial organization that emphasizes speed, transparency, and exceptional results, and we need someone to lead all sales and marketing-related activities. You will open new doors with C-level executives in the Industrial sector; you will listen to their needs and help shape how Ayna.AI can deliver value to their organizations. You will use your extensive connectivity in the Industrial segment to introduce our capabilities to the leaders who face critical challenges in growing their enterprises. You will help connect the dots between our teams‘ deep subject-matter knowledge and the pressing issues facing potential and future clients.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have the following:

Proven experience in the Industrial or Industrial tech sector
Network of C-level relationships in the sector in the US
Track record developing and closing multi-million dollar service deals/contracts; as well as scaling up/ growing businesses profitably
Strong understanding of the challenges CEO’s face in the sector and the ability to shape what Ayna can provide to solve problems and add value
Excellent communication skills
High EQ—empathy, listening, ability to put the client’s needs ahead of your own
Unfailing adherence to the highest professional standards, professional values, and a commitment to inclusive, supportive, and respectful work environments
