Marissa leads due diligence on potential acquisitions and partners with Ayna’s portfolio companies. She also works on transformations, focusing on improving company profitability and driving process improvement in our industrial and consumer segments.
Previously, Marissa worked at Western Digital Corporation, where she was part of the Corporate Strategy team. She advised senior management on a wide range of topics, including organic and inorganic business strategy, post-merger integration and separation, business development, revenue growth strategy, and business transformation Prior to WDC, Marissa had experience in Finance and Accounting roles.
Marissa earned her MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, with a focus on management and strategy. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, along with a Certificate in International Business from Arizona State University.
