Prior to joining Ayna, Ninad worked at Alvarez & Marsal in the Private Equity Performance Improvement practice. In this role, he assisted private equity clients with operational due diligence on targets and implemented performance improvement programs at portfolio companies. Before Alvarez & Marsal, he worked at GEP, a supply chain and procurement consulting firm.
Ninad graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History.
