At Ayna, Ashwin works on a variety of projects in supply chain management, sales and operations planning, working capital, and commercial due diligence. He brings 7 years of experience across the oil and gas industry and has been with Ayna since 2023.

Prior to Ayna, Ashwin worked at Meesho, an e-commerce startup in India, and focused on supplier growth strategies in collaboration with external partners. He also worked as an engineer on hydrocarbon exploration and production ventures across the APAC region at Shell. In this role, he was responsible for engineering design, product development, and technology implementation for large-scale capital projects at onshore and offshore locations.

Ashwin holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management and both a Bachelor and Master of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

In his free time, Ashwin is an avid swimmer, traveler, and a music and cinema enthusiast.
