At Ayna, Daniel works on a variety of operations, finance, and M&A projects. He enjoys understanding the connections between operations and finance while working to build a successful organization.

Daniel spent over a decade at the German conglomerate Heraeus GmbH. He started as a project manager and worked his way up to general manager of a precious metals refinery. He ultimately ended his career there as the regional lead of operational excellence. Afterward, Daniel started his own consulting practice before joining Ayna in 2024.

In his free time, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family and loved ones, and he is an avid cyclist.
