Gaurav Batra is the President & Chief Executive Officer at Ayna. Prior to joining Ayna, he was a Partner at McKinsey & Company’s Palo Alto and Washington, D.C. offices. During his time at McKinsey, Gaurav co-led the North American industrials and semiconductors practice and was one of the leaders of the Firm’s Advanced Data Analytics service line.

Before McKinsey, Gaurav held multiple corporate development roles at Capital One and Zephyr Management.

Gaurav is a co-author of The Titanium Economy: How Industrial Technology Can Create a Better, Faster, Stronger America. Released in October 2022, and a bestseller across multiple categories, the book offers a deep dive into the underappreciated and often overlooked industrial technology sector.

Gaurav earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
