Vineet leads transformations at Ayna.

Prior to joining Ayna, Vineet was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he advised clients in the technology, semiconductor, electronics, and industrial sectors on end-to-end margin transformations. He was one of the leaders of the firm’s industrial "Accelerated Performance Transformation" service line, publishing several articles on margin excellence and convening multiple executive forums on the topic. Before McKinsey, Vineet worked at Applied Materials, Hitachi GST, and Seagate Technology.

Vineet earned his B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, his PhD from the University of California, Berkeley, and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
