Engagement Manager

Ayna is a premier advisory and implementation firm in industrial technology, helping companies and investors drive performance improvement and value creation. This role balances client delivery (50%) and business development (50%), working closely with former McKinsey Partners and Associate Partners on high-impact projects in North America’s industrial sector.

1. Client Delivery (50%):
   • Lead and manage client engagements in the industrials sector, ensuring high-quality execution.
   • Oversee 2-3 analysts, providing hands-on coaching on Excel analysis and slide deck creation.
   • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a commanding executive presence.
2. Business Development (50%):
   • Drive thought leadership through research and publications on key industrial trends.
   • Develop and execute a CXO outreach plan leveraging Ayna’s insights.
   • Collaborate with leadership to shape the agenda and content for two annual executive forums.
