Website Program Manager

3 Month Term. Part time role. Option to extend based on results/performance/need.

Project Scope:

• Manage and optimize email campaigns, working closely with our vendor to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with the website vendor to make incremental changes and updates to the site, including adding or modifying pages as necessary.
• Analyze email campaign performance and provide detailed reporting.
• Conduct SEO audits and optimize the website’s structure, content, and SEO to improve organic search rankings.
• Based on analysis, identify key pages for improvement and implement incremental changes.
• Review marketing tactics to identify what's working and what's not, making data-driven recommendations.
• Dive deep into the website and overall marketing strategy, presenting insights and recommendations for next steps.
• Continue making incremental improvements to the site to drive better results.

• Increase organic search rankings.
• Improve website performance and management.
• Optimize SEO through targeted improvements.
• Identify opportunities for optimization within the website’s structure and content.
• Focus on incremental, strategic improvements in collaboration with our website vendor, not a full redesign or rewrite.
• Once improvements are made, assess the potential for investing in keywords to boost lead generation and drive more traffic.
