Anupam Khare: Senior Vice President & CIO of Oshkosh Corporation, with nearly two decades of experience driving digital transformation and innovation across leading industrial companies. An award-winning leader, Anu has been recognized by MIT Sloan, CIO 100, and Future Edge 50 for catalyzing new business models and reinventing IT to create business value.

Bill Johnson: CEO of Avail Infrastructure Solutions and Board Member, with decades of leadership experience across public, private, and sponsor-backed industrial companies. Formerly CEO of Welbilt, where he led revenue growth to $1.7 billion and a $4.8 billion acquisition by Ali Group. Previously served as CEO of Chart Industries, Dover Refrigeration, Hillphoenix, Triton Systems, and Graham Corp. Brings extensive expertise in industrial markets through leadership roles at ABB and ESAB.

George Randle: Managing Partner at Randall Partners Executive Search. Global HR executive with 25+ years in Fortune 100/1000 firms. Specializes in leadership talent assessment for private equity and executive coaching. Co-author of The Talent War. He is also an Advanced Hogan Leadership Assessment Certified. Former U.S. Army Officer.

Robert Bodor: President and Chief Executive Officer at Protolabs, a leading digital manufacturer of custom parts. Previously held roles as the company’s Vice President and General Manager of the Americas, Chief Technology Officer, and Director of Business Development. He’s also held leadership roles at Honeywell and McKinsey & Company, and has been on the executive team of two early-stage software companies.

Mark Mizruchi: Professor at the University of Michigan, specializing in corporate economic and political behavior through social network analysis. Author of The Fracturing of the American Corporate Elite and 100+ articles. Winner of the George R. Terry Award, Guggenheim Fellowship, and 21 research grants. Former Director of Michigan’s Organizational Studies Program and editor for leading academic journals.

Glenn Daehn: Mars G. Fontana Professor of Metallurgical Engineering at The Ohio State University since 1988. Expert in manufacturing process innovation, including impulse manufacturing and ceramic-metal composites. Founder of Excera and leader in initiatives like the Ohio Manufacturing Institute and Lightweight Innovations for Tomorrow. Author of 274+ publications with 6,900+ citations. Advocate for revitalizing manufacturing through innovation, education, and collaboration.

Paul Miller: A global executive with 25+ years in marketing, eCommerce, and Big Data. As VP & President of Global eCommerce at Grainger, he grew revenues from $1.2B to $4B. Currently advises Windjammer on digital transformation through PMA Digital Solutions, LLC, and serves as a Senior Advisor at McKinsey. Known for driving digital growth and strategic transformations across industries.

Rebecca Corbin: Founder and CEO of Corbin Advisors, a global consultancy specializing in investor relations and corporate strategy. With 25 years of capital markets expertise, she is known for her pioneering Voice of Investor methodology. She launched Thomson Reuters' Perception Study practice in her 20s and founded Corbin Advisors in 2007, establishing it as a gold standard in the field. Editor-in-Chief of Inside the Buy-Side and a frequent speaker at global events, she has appeared on CNBC and Bloomberg for over a decade. Based in Connecticut, Rebecca is also deeply involved in philanthropy and community initiatives.

Suzanne P. Nimocks: Lead Independent Director at Owens Corning with a distinguished career in global leadership. Former Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, specializing in energy, risk management, and organizational development. She has served on various boards, including Ovintiv Inc. and Brookfield Infrastructure Partners, and is committed to advancing women in leadership and sustainability. Previously, Suzanne served on the boards of ArcelorMittal and Valaris plc, shaping business and environmental practices.

It promises to be an exciting event with these distinguished leaders as well as the ~50 CXOs and senior leaders from Industrial, Tech and Consumer sector that are confirmed to attend.
