Oasis Venture Holdings announces the appointment of David Cuthbert as its new Chief Executive Officer

Rome, GA – [March 31, 2025] – Oasis Venture Holdings, a recently announced Joint Venture between Ball Corporation andAyna.AI, is proud to announce the appointment of David Cuthbert as its newChief Executive Officer. Cuthbert, a distinguished veteran and proven businessleader, brings a wealth of experience in driving growth andsustainability-focused initiatives across multiple industries.

A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Cuthbert spent a decade in active dutyin special operations before transitioning into the private sector. Over thepast 20 years, he has successfully led and scaled companies, with more thanhalf of that time dedicated to sustainability-focused ventures. Most recently,he served as CEO of Mananalu, a pioneering water company co-founded by Jason Momoacommitted to sustainable beverage packaging.

Cuthbert earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the U.S.Naval Academy and later founded Global Imprint, a services firm dedicated tohelping companies scale in the sustainability sector. He currently resides inBoone, NC, with his wife and three children.
